Outsider BBQ and Beer Garden is Fremont's spot for Texas style barbecue with a Turkish twist. We smoke our meats low and slow, build every plate around real craft, and pair it all with scratch made sides and local beer in a lively indoor outdoor beer garden.
The idea started with one goal: serve barbecue that feels honest, bold, and worth the wait. From brisket that melts to jalapeño cheddar sausage and sides like corn casserole and lemon poppy slaw, Outsider is built for people who care about flavor, good company, and coming back for the next round.
